Platform88 Marketing Associate.
The Marketing Associate will work as an integral member of the marketing and business development teams, recruiting new accounts and making sure that each account takes full advantage of Platform88’s product development, manufacturing, and distribution resources.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on latest hardware startup industry and recruit new accounts via email, Linkedin, social media, among other platforms.
- Research different partnership opportunities with other industry players, present findings in a concise manner, and lead partnership development.
- Work in conjunction with the marketing department to update the company’s Salesforce CRM database.
- Regularly check in with current clients to help with communication, travel to different project management and supply chain hubs across China to oversee important milestones of project development.
- Work with the marketing department to develop promotional strategies and publish contents on different social media accounts including Mailchimp, company blog, Instagram and Linkedin.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- English fluency required, Chinese language skills preferred
- Microsoft suite
- Experience writing and publishing contents
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work across multiple areas of the business efficiently and effectively
- A self-starter, able to identify new opportunities and pursue them on behalf of the company
