We are a team of energetic and experienced factory owners, engineers, designers, retail professionals, industry experts, dedicated to helping build and scale innovative consumer products.
Our Story
In 2015, Platform88’s co-founders put their factories together under one roof to create a “platform” for innovators and startups to design, engineer, manufacture, and distribute innovative products. Platform88 has become a portal for startups and crowdfunding campaigns to access the resources and expertise of the Chinese manufacturing industry. In just a few years, Platform88 has worked with 200+ startups to design, engineer, manufacture, and distribute their products.
Partners
Originally from California, Jacob has more than 15 years of experience in the Chinese manufacturing industry. He’s worked on projects with brands such as KitchenAid, Cuisinart, Tumi, Weber Grills, Target, and many more.
