Jacob brings over ten years of manufacturing, design, branding, and retail experience to the team. He has managed projects for Tumi, Samsonite, Discovery Channel, Kitchenaid, and Cuisinart. He has also worked on private label programs for Walmart, Target, Sears, Lowes, Home Depot, Bed Bath & Beyond, Woolworths, Tesco, and others.
Michael has owned and operated several factories in China and has produced millions of cups and containers for numerous multinational brands. He has worked with OXO, Bodum, Snapware, Stelton, Hydro Flask, Lululemon, Trudeau, Starbucks, Costa Coffee, and Second Cup.
For over a decade, Michael was the Managing Director of a consumer electronics firm developing and manufacturing products distributed globally. An expert in the smart hardware ecosystem in Shenzhen, he has advised Apple, Harman Kardon, JBL, D-Link, Whistler, Belkin, and Griffin, among others on numerous projects in creating next generation IoT consumer products.
Regis has over fifteen years of experience in China. He has managed the development of toy products for Disney, Universal, Nickelodeon and San Rio, amongst others. He brings extensive knowledge of US and International safety standards including ASTM, CPSC, dynamic safety testing and risk analysis.
Sandy has more than fifteen years of experience in the international textile industry working mostly with established brands and retailers. Based in Malta for many years, she has worked with Austin Reed, Daks, Charles Tywhritt, Moss Bross, Hugo Boss, NEXT, Greenwoods, Hacket, Debenhams, and Mexx.
Nataly is a serial entrepreneur who has contributed to the successful growth of several multi-national consumer brands. She has an intimate knowledge of the domestic market in China. She is also well connected to many key opinion leaders who leverage their influence to create extraordinary new product launches in China.
